We, Canaryphotostock, hearby grant to you the non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use and digitally manipulate the purchased images subject to restrictions declared here.

You can not transfer, rent, copy or issue any rights, compilation, or collective work to the images to any other parties without obtaining specific permission from Canaryphotostock. When you register and buy a Canaryphotostock title, you are licensed to use the images in any of the following final projects. Printed materials including newsletters, brochures, annual reports, sales tools, advertising and promotional campaigns, editorial works, magazines, newspapers, books, packaging, P.O.S., presentations on-line, website and multimedia design projects (up to 72dpi resolution) also packaging for resale products.

You are not permitted to use the images for electronic posting, on-line for download purposes or in a website with a resolution more than 72 dots per inch. The images are not to be used in any projects of a pornographic, obscene or defamatory nature.

No Canaryphotostock images can be placed on-line in a downloadable or FTP format. It is a direct violation of the legal agreement to use these images for creating pornographic, libelous, obscene or defamatory designs or images.

The use of images supplied by Canaryphotostock which are not covered by this agreement without our prior permission is in direct violation of the copyright law. This license is valid until deemed terminated by Canaryphotostock. If you do not agree or comply to these conditions, this license automatically terminates and at such time, all property of Canaryphotostock shall be returned.

All images owned by Canaryphotostock or licensors are protected by International copyright legislation, international treaty provisions and other applicable ownership laws. Canaryphotostock retain all rights not expressly granted by this license and no title to or intellectual property rights to such images is transferred to you.

Upon receipt of payment, the purchased title(s) will be available for immediate download via a link provided by Canaryphotostock. This link will be available for a period of five calendar days after which the link will then automatically close.

Should you wish to cancel your purchase, Canaryphotostock will refund the fee actually paid by you for such Content, provided Canaryphotostock determines in its sole and absolute discretion, that you have been unable to download such title(s) successfully. Canaryphotostock declares no other warranty expressed or implied or merchantability, use or compatibility with any computer or similar type of equipment. Canaryphotostock or its trustees, agents, employees, representatives or associates shall not be liable for any damages.

Should you fail to comply to any of the aforementioned terms then this agreement shall automatically terminate with immediate effect.
